Delivery times vary from 4-10 business days for all USA orders. All international orders can take anywhere between 4-15 business days. (Business days do not include weekends and holidays.)

We charge one flat rate for delivery, depending on the country we are shipping to.

No, it can take up to 48 hours before your order is shipped out. This is to allow our staff to verify the information for the order, and to make sure there are no mistakes or errors anywhere. Once your order has been verified and confirmed by our verification team, your order will be sent to our packaging and shipping department.

If you are located in the U.S., your package will be shipped to you by your local post office, the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you reside in any country other than the U. S., your package will be handled by EMS and then delivered to you by your national postal service (i.e., Canadian packages are delivered by Canada Post, United Kingdom packages are delivered by Royal Mail, etc.).

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, as signatures for our packages are required. This is to ensure the safe arrival of each package to the correct person, and to prevent any fraudulent orders.

We are able to ship to most countries in the world. please take a look on our checkout page to see all the countries we are able to ship to with EMS.

Unfortunately, due to the large volume of orders we receive, we are unable to ship our packages overnight.

Our packages are completely discreet. There is no mention of the content written or shown anywhere on the package, and everything is securely shipped in a normal small bubble wrap envelope.
