i think i have a venous leakage and erectile dysfunction…i tried viagra but that did nothing for me at all..i think its a venous leak. And a venous leak is not curable and the treatment options are crap for venous leak. So i just have to work with what i got…my erections point downwards. Before i had the venous leak, it would point upwards or straight. Now it only points downwards…but it is enough for me to penetrate and have sexual intercourse. My question is, is it possible to give a woman a good orgasm with my soft/weak erection? Does that mean i just need to work a little harder? Or is it not possible at all? Ladies, i need your opinions/thoughts about this.

Keep working with what you got and I’ll tell ya, more often then not, women need direct simulation down there. Therefore, oral is going to be the way you’ll get the ladies to orgasm.
to be honest.. we like oral and hands.. it its the spot almost always..
so if you dont get her off by having sex.. dont worry.. just keep working at it
