EdPill.org will fully refund the customer if the product is defective or mishandled during shipping without any charges. To obtain a reshipment or a refund, the customer must contact customer support and explain the reason they wish to return the original product. EdPill.org will reship the same item to the customer if the product was defective or mishandled by the shipping courier. To obtain a re-shipment or a refund of the product, customers MUST send back the original items to our returns department. The refund is immediately issued when EdPill.org receive back the item. Please note that EdPill.org does not use any drop shipping service and ships all the products independantly.
